The obvious answer to this question is that tech is all around us. It’s largely how we stay connected with our loved ones; it plays a huge role in how we create the things we need and use every day; it’s even integral in terms of our eating habits.

While that may be true, it’s still vastly underrepresented as a viable career opportunity for today’s students. This is where Tech Corps comes in! This organization was founded on the belief that computer science education isn’t just about learning how to use a computer—it’s about “computational thinking, problem solving, and creativity.”

This organization operates on the passion of achieving two main goals: developing helpful technology programs and showing K-12 students the ropes so they can aspire to do the same thing.
