Due to a heart condition she was born with, Seven Studios owner Julie Wilkes was only expected to live to the age of twelve. After outliving this life expectancy more than three times over, she has come to realize that she was given a second chance to do something great.

What she has chosen to do is to work day in and day out to inspire her community to live healthy, balanced, and active lifestyles. Each one of her classes incorporates the seven life areas of awareness that Julie lives by.
