Center of Science and Industry (COSI)

The next time you’re looking for an activity with the kids, why not load up the spacious Chevy Tahoe and head over to the Center of Science and Industry (COSI).  COSI is a science center located in downtown Columbus and home to many hands-on exhibits and live demonstrations. At this phenomenal museum, you can explore the universe in the planetarium, explore the American Museum of Natural History Dinosaur Gallery, or see a show in the Giant Screen Theater.

The Center of Science and Industry is a hands-on science museum. COSI is designed for visitors of all ages, with exhibits ranging from how gadgets work to the biology of bugs. In addition to its exhibits, COSI also offers a variety of classes, camps, and workshops. And at 320,000 square feet, it’s one of the biggest science museums in the country!  


Columbus Museum of Art

The Columbus Museum of Art is another great place to spend an afternoon. With a variety of permanent and temporary exhibits, there is something for everyone. The museum also offers several educational programs, including art-making classes, making it an excellent resource for families. And best of all, admission is free every Sunday!


Ohio Theater

The Ohio Theater is one of the most popular attractions around. This historic theater has been in operation since 1928, and today it plays host to more than 100 performances each year. The Ohio Theater is a world-renowned performing arts venue, and visitors to the theater can enjoy a wide variety of performances, including musicals, operas, dance, and concerts.

The Ohio Theater is best known for its outstanding acoustics, which has been praised by music critics from around the world. In addition to its world-class facilities, the Ohio Theater also features a beautiful Spanish-Baroque interior. North Market

Everyone should visit North Market at least once. This historic market has been in operation downtown since 1876 and is one of the oldest farmer’s markets in the country. North Market is home to over 30 local vendors, selling everything from produce and meats to flowers and baked goods. This fantastic market also features a number of restaurants with international cuisine, making it a great place to grab a bite to eat.

Whether you’re looking for farm-fresh produce or a unique gift, North Market is definitely worth visiting. The 2022 Trailblazer is a great SUV to get you there, with lots of room and seats that fold down for loading groceries. North Market is open Sunday & Monday: 10am-5pm and Tues-Sat: 9am-7pm.
